What We’re Looking For:​

We are looking for a Website & HubSpot Administrator to join our marketing team, taking ownership of our web presence and HubSpot operations. This role is perfect for a technically savvy, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently while staying connected with a global team. 


The ideal candidate will have expertise inWordPress (Elementor preferred) and HubSpot administration (not just user-level experience), along with strong marketing and sales operations acumen. Copywriting skills and an eye for great design are a huge plus. 

Key Responsibilities

Website Management (WordPress/Elementor) 

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize our corporate website to ensure it remains modern, functional, and aligned with our brand. 
  • Design, develop, and update landing pages, blog posts, and other web content using WordPress (Elementor preferred). 
  • Ensure website performance, security, and SEO best practices are implemented. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the website’s conversion optimization and user experience. 
  • Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers when necessary. 

HubSpot Administration 

  • Act as the primary HubSpot administrator for both marketing and sales operations. 
  • Manage HubSpot integrations, workflows, automation, reporting, and data hygiene. 
  • Optimize lead capture, nurturing, and scoring mechanisms to improve marketing and sales alignment. 
  • Support campaign execution, email automation, and marketing analytics within HubSpot. 
  • Train and support team members in leveraging HubSpot effectively. 

Marketing Support & Copywriting (Preferred, Not Required) 

  • Assist in writing and optimizing website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and landing pages. 
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to create compelling digital content. 
  • Ensure all content is on-brand and aligns with our messaging strategy. 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of WordPress (Elementor preferred) and HubSpot administration (not just end-user experience).
