The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the airboat tour through the Louisiana swamps. As we zipped through the bayou, the experience offered more than just thrills—it provided a unique backdrop for team bonding. Seated side by side on the airboat, team members who had previously only interacted online found themselves sharing an adventure, pointing out wildlife, trying to dodge waves of water and navigating the swamp together.
This shared experience naturally broke down barriers. Conversations flowed easily, mixing professional insights with personal anecdotes. We found that the change of scenery from our usual virtual meetings sparked fresh perspectives and ideas, which we later applied to our brainstorming sessions.
Our time in New Orleans wasn’t all alligator spotting, though. We also:
