Help and rules for this forum |
1.Check the guides section for the product. This section has general guides on how to use the product and also general things people like to do program wise.
2. If you didn't find an answer in the guides section next you need to check the Knowledge base. This is where all resolved support question have been moved. If some one has asked it before and we have solved the problem it is in here. This is your best bet for an answer. 3. If you were unable to find the answer in the knowledge base section then go to the support section and start a new thread and ask your question here and one of the members of the forum will attempt to answer it. |

Having a very descriptive title can help with getting a solution to your problem a lot sooner and with a lot less headache. Generally you will want to have the title tell us most of what we need to know in as few words as possible. Ex: "HTML Form not retreieving data." This title tells us exactly what is going on with out getting too complicated.

There are a few ways of doing this.
RPG/RPGsp: To show your RPG/RPGsp code in a post you can either click the button above the message box that says "RPG" or you can type [rpg]YOUR CODE HERE[/rpg]. HTML/Javascript/Other: To show all other types of code you can click the button above the message box that says code or you can type [code]YOUR CODE HERE[/code]. |
The easiest and most recommended way of posting an image is to first go to http://imageshack.us then once there click the browse button to locate the image file which you wish to post. Check the resize image box and select 640x480 from the drop down. Then also check the remove size/resolution bar box then click host it. Then scroll down to the buttom and click in the very last box that says "Direct link to image" and copy that URL. Once you have the URL of the image return to the forum and in your message body click the button that says img above the message box and place the url between the opening and closing tags.

The act of "Bumping" is posting a reply to your own question in order to get it moved to the top of the list of support threads. This is allowed but please limit this to at most once a day. We will try to respond as quickly as we can.
Please type your questions using the best grammer and spelling that you can. This makes it easier for us to help you in the long run. Also please refrain from using vulger language when posting as well.
Once your question has been answered to the extent of what was asked the title will be changed to "[RESOLVED]Your original title". This is to let other members know that this question also contains the answer. After a few days the topic will be moved to the knowledge base and the topic will be cleaned up so only the question and answer are left and clear for other users.
If no one is able to answer your question(please allow upto a week for us to answer) then please give us a call and we will be glad to help in any way we can.
If you can make an effort to best describe what type of issue you are having and through posts we may be able to figure out what you actually need.
You can accept anyones answer to your problem and give it a shot, but use them at your own risk. The only supported answers are the ones provided by members who under their name says "Profound Logic Staff" and also have the Profound Logic logo under their name as well.
The easiest thing to do is to reply to your own post with how you solved the problem. Then once you have done this send a private message to one of the Profound Logic Staff members and they will take care of everything else.
This could be caused by a number of different things the most common being that we are swamped with support and just haven't had a chance to get to it yet.
These allow you to minimize a section. It also will remember what ones you had minimized next time you return to the forums.

You can click the link near the top of the forum that says "View your posts" or click this link.
